Managing all of the agency’s production workflow from brief to completion, from a creative, financial and managerial point of view to the final delivery. First point of contact to shape new projects and pitches into reality by turning client briefs into actual projects. Working with agency ECDs on briefs, RFPs, pitches, treatments and production proposals, and delivering them to clients. Responsible for executing the above briefs, from A-Z, either in-house or using the extensive network of production companies and collaborators developed over the years. Management of all pre and post production inclusive but not limited to client presentations, team selection, contract negotiation, schedules, estimates, VFX/SFX/CGI, music, radio, and sound design.
